Wildfox White Label SS 2013, Shopaholic!

I am a total, absolute, shopping addict. The whole phrase "retail therapy" is like... well, my life. The high (and guilt) from shopping is unlike anything else, and when I can, I put it to use. This is definitely something to laugh about as long as you don't have too bad a case of it (100K of debt, 70 credit cards, all you think about, talk about, etc....) I began to imagine what my shopping addiction would look like if it was its own beast outside of me, it's own feminine character – What would she look like? And so the White Label collection shoot was born: a diamond obsessed monster with glitter for hair and shoes made out of chandelier crystals, she's sort of 90's (like my high school days) sort of 80's (like my obsession for St. Elmo's Fire and Demi Moore's bedroom) and sort of absolutely insane. This girl sleeps in high heels, puts glitter in her cereal and watches infomercials all night long. She's a little bit clueless, a little bit crazy, and a little bit me... hopefully she's also a little bit you.

 And who else other than our gorgeous muse Amanda Booth to model it?

Wildfox White Label Fall 2012 intimates! Juliet Capulet, The Real World

This shoot was inspired by Juliet's bedroom if she had been alive in the 90s, lived in Verona and starred on The Real World. The intimates will be up for sale this month! So exciting, they are SO cute. I hope you enjoy these images, I wanted them to have a very raw, intimate feel. The beautiful Marianne Fonseca goes un-retouched for a dreamy, realistic vibe. My favorite is the black galazy star bra...

"Inspired by those dreamy, romantic nights in Juliet's lavish Italian bedroom, Wildfox presents a new collection of intimates. Spun of soft, 90's-inspired velvet, this new collection is laden with beautiful prints and soft textures. Decadent and a tiny bit daring, Wildfox Intimates are for the most poetic of girls -- the girls who lives for romance, who lay in bed collaging Polaroids of the ocean, who memorize constellations, scribble poetry across blank pages of homemade paper, love their cat more than anything, and hang curtains of pink lace. The ones who pair nose rings and Doc Martens with floral bras, swim naked, sleep on soft, white blankets in the living room, and dip strawberries in chocolate. This collection is for girls who only have whiskey in the freezer, milk and leftover cheesecake in the fridge, dream constantly, and love to gaze at the canals from their window in Venice. They bike everywhere, kiss strangers and waltz through the house to Frank Sinatra on vinyl.

    This is the girl who wears pajamas to a party, or a bra over her t-shirt -- the girl who loves dancing in her underwear, cooking in an apron and panties, and starting games of strip poker with her friends. You've met her before, maybe you've had sleepovers at her house. You've seen her clothes strewn all over the bathroom, admired dainty bras hanging from antique lampshades, you've laughed about boys as she sat in cloud print underwear and did her makeup in front of a beautiful vanity.

Societte Perrier interview

Playfully inspired by the '90s flick Romeo and Juliet, Wildfox introduces their premiere intimates collection for Fall 2012. Spun of soft, '90s inspired velvet, this new collection features an array of vintage-inspired, nostalgic prints and graphics, including black cats, muted florals, fluffy white clouds and starry nights. Daring and decadent, each piece feels as though it was stolen from the nightstand in Juliet's boudoir.

"I remember in high school having a shrine of Leonardo DiCaprio pictures, daydreaming that I was Claire Danes in angel wings." says Emily Faulstich, one third of the design team. (The line is a collaboration between Kimberly Gordon, Leilani Shimoda and Faulstich.)

As teenagers we idolized the bright, poppy aesthetic and slightly punk edge to the movie, and loved the romantic story and poetry of it. Our intimates try and convey this romanticism and rebellion, as if they were made for Juliet Capulet to pack in her bags as she ran away to meet Romeo."

The designers' first ever intimates collection is comprised of decadent, floor-length velvet robes, cozy, over-sized sweatshirts, mesh-accented bodysuits and sexy bustier brief sets. According to Faulstich, the pieces are meant to be worn well and often — inside and outside of the bedroom.

"[The] intimates are meant to be styled with your everyday outfits in a way that can be seen (or hidden, your choice), but nothing is sheer, no underwire or garters, which we think makes it more comfortable and beautiful," Faulstich tells us.

The new intimates collection is a home run for the Wildfox designers. Every single piece is darling, romantic and decadent - a perfect match for the quintessential Wildfox Girl.
